Recipes, shopping lists and instructional videos are all included in the Mobile App, making it super convenient for those shopping trips!
Your meal plan will update every 4 weeks to ensure you are receiving the correct macronutrients as you progress throughout your fitness journey! Your calorie requirements are constantly changing and we need to adjust for that.
I’ll factor in your dislikes, allergies, dietary requirements and goals as I want your program to be as effective and enjoyable as possible.
